Cake Cookies
Ingredients:
1 box store bought cake mix (not with fudge or Jell-O mixed in)
1/3 cup vegetable oil (you can see by the picture, I use canola oil)
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips (or add what you like)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease cookie sheets
Stir ingredients together untill well blended
Chill till firm
Drop dough balls on cookie sheet
Bake 8-10 mins.
Enjoy!
What I love about these is that you will almost always have the ingredients on hand. Also, the recipe is very versatile. Last week, I made them with white cake mix and chocolate chips. Today I made them with swiss chocolate cake mix and peanut butter and chocolate chips. I can only imagine if you used white chocolate chips or nuts. I have yet to try a strawberry cake mix, but that might be good with white chocolate chips too.

I absolutel love cake mix cookies! They are so perfect to make when you have lots of little hands helping, too. :) We had tons of fun making a batch (or two, or three...) of pink cookies at Valentine's Day using a strawberry mix and white chocolate chips.
